Built by Someone Who Gets It
I understand what it's like to be Chief Everything Officer
I'm Keith Stewart, a software engineer with 15 years of experience who specializes in building automation systems for solopreneurs and small businesses. As a serial entrepreneur running multiple ventures, I've lived the experience of doing everything yourself—and I know exactly how automation can give you your time back.
The Background
I've been building software for 15 years, working across startups, enterprises, and my own ventures. My technical background spans full-stack development, API integration, and system architecture—skills that directly translate to building robust automation systems.
As a serial entrepreneur, I've run multiple businesses simultaneously. This gave me firsthand experience with the challenges solopreneurs face: wearing every hat, context switching constantly, and watching hours disappear into repetitive tasks that don't move the needle.
My expertise centers on automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom API integrations. I don't just know these tools theoretically—I've used them to automate my own businesses first.
Why Automation
My personal experience with ADHD gave me unique insights into workflow challenges. I learned early that systems and automation weren't optional—they were essential for staying productive and avoiding overwhelm.
I specialize in coaching practices because I understand the workflow intimately. Coaches spend huge amounts of time on session documentation, client communication, and administrative tasks when they should be coaching. I've built automation systems that give coaches 4+ hours back every week.
Beyond coaching, I work with real estate agents, consultants, music teachers, and other solopreneurs. The pattern is always the same: talented professionals spending half their week on tasks a computer could handle.
The difference in my approach? I built automation for my own businesses before offering it as a service. Every system I recommend, I've tested in production with real stakes.
How I Work
I'm based in Frisco, Texas, but work with clients anywhere. Video calls for discovery and training, with most communication happening asynchronously for efficiency (I practice what I preach about respecting time).
My focus is on automations that pay for themselves within months, not years. I'm not interested in building complex systems that look impressive but break easily. I build maintainable systems that you can actually use and troubleshoot yourself.
I prefer async communication because it's more efficient for both of us. You can message when it fits your schedule, I can respond thoughtfully, and neither of us loses flow state to meetings. That said, I'm happy to jump on a call when it makes sense—some conversations are just better live.
My philosophy: The best automation is one you forget exists because it just works. The second best is one you can fix yourself when it doesn't.
